What we collect

Your name, mobile and WhatsApp number, email, address, and vehicle details (registration, make, model, colour, VIN and licence disc details where you or our staff capture them). An ID or passport number is only collected where legally required and is visible only to you and the business owner.

Why we collect it

To record washes, issue receipts, manage bookings, run the loyalty programme and contact you about your bookings and rewards. We do not sell your information.

Who can see it

Employees see only what they need to serve you (name, mobile, vehicle). The business owner can see your full profile. Access is protected by secure logins and role-based permissions.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, and you may object to direct marketing at any time. Contact the car wash or lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).

Retention

Transaction records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes; other data is removed when no longer needed.
